I have always been that weird, goofy, sensitive person who values connection and creativity.

I am a marketing leader turned brand therapist, a mom, and deep-feeling human. I help women connect with their "why" so that they may have purposeful, fulfilling impact in their personal and professional lives.

From Pinterest to potatoes, my experience spans industries and audiences – helping individuals & brands articulate their unique value and purpose, and implement it to scale their businesses.

I wanted to be a tech CMO after years at creative agencies and Pinterest, but I got close and found myself anxious and unhappy. I'm still working to untie my value from external things, like titles.

At big events, you can usually find me in the corner having a deep one-on-one conversation with someone I just met.

My love languages are quality time and acts of service (although some would say I need WORDS too).

I have two modes: (1) productive, engaged and energized or (2) asleep.

I’m a mom to two kids under 3–I love them, and love what I do. I am a dirty-chai obsessed, extremely efficient, master multi-tasker who loves problem solving, naps, and Target. 

I am a Highly Sensitive Person as diagnosed by an online quiz, and confirmed by my therapist.
